Women-only Rafting Trips and Wellbeing Retreats
From camaraderie and good conversation to being encouraged to step out of your comfort zone in a supportive space, there are plenty of good reasons to say yes to an all-women trip. Not to mention the pure amount of uninhibited fun you’ll have.
OARS women adventures, which are offered on some of the most iconic whitewater rivers in the West, are a unique opportunity for our female guests of all ages to meet and connect with other like-minded travelers who share an enthusiasm for outdoor adventure and the natural world.
For those particularly focused on health, wellness and personal growth, we also offer women’s wellbeing retreats that combine whitewater rafting and wilderness immersion with yoga and mindfulness teachings. Led by certified yoga professionals, this wildly popular all-women adventure also explores other self care practices throughout the trip like guided meditation, journal prompts, mobility movement, and a variety of massage therapy techniques.
Whether you grab your closest friends or go solo, our all women river trips are special experiences that are sure to stick with you well after you’ve returned.

Positive and flexible environment! The guides and yoga teachers cultivated an environment where everyone felt comfortable, heard, happy, and secure, while still pushing comfort levels and boundaries. I have been lucky enough to have a lot of amazing adventures in my life, and I can honestly say this was one of the very best. Thank you to the entire team for the incredible week and lasting experience that I’ll carry with me.Hadley Kornacki Cataract Canyon Women's Wellbeing Trip
