The Gorges of the Lower Salmon Women’s Wellness Retreat offers like-minded women the opportunity to experience peace and serenity while building an immense appreciation for the world around them.
Breann Davis (LMT, RYT, MLT) is a former River Guide turned Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist, and Mom. She believes that yoga and mindfulness are grounding anchors in her life. Breann is passionate about helping others cultivate alignment, flexibility, and connection to their bodies. She is a student of meditation and breathwork, as well as Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Anusara asana styles. Breann has been a nationally certified Massage Therapist for almost 20 years, with advanced certifications in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Hospital Based Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage. She’s always up for anything creative or adventurous and loves romping in the desert with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
Samantha Studley (LMT, RYT, CPT) has a passion for prioritizing and holding space for physical and mental well-being. Trained in several movement modalities, Sam invites you to tap into your power through awareness and body connection while cultivating curiosity and lots of Self Love. Sam’s interests and offerings include integrative bodywork, craniosacral therapy, yoga nidra, vinyasa, Yin and Hatha yoga asana, breathwork, sound healing therapy, and functional movement for longevity and mobility. Sam loves to curate experiences combining the magic of movement, wellness, and adventure, inviting big shifts and blissful healing. “Nature is medicine. You are nature. You are the medicine.”
