With an extensive background as a nationally licensed massage therapist since 2003 and specialized certification in trauma-sensitive yoga, her approach is grounded in the transformative power of mindful healing and connection. Embracing a philosophy that celebrates living to the fullest, Breann’s teachings and personal endeavors reflect a balance between disciplined self-care and embracing life’s adventures. Whether leading an empowering yoga practice or reveling in the peace of desert trails with her family, she embodies the vibrant spirit of holistic wellness, inviting all to journey with her in exploring the diverse landscape of personal health and happiness.
Sam Studley has dedicated her passion to health and well-being as a wellness professional for over 12 years. Guiding others towards their most vibrant Self as a licensed and certified practitioner in therapeutic bodywork, yoga & yoga nidra (NSDR), personal training, and craniosacral therapy. Sam offers a playful and grounding experience by infusing together connection, activation, and grace. In work and play, Sam strives to share intentionality, curiosity, and empowerment through the invitation of body awareness and attunement to our surroundings. Sam is grateful to reside in Flagstaff and the influence of nature’s rhythms and the natural beauty of the mountain trails and forests provide.

Join us for five unforgettable days on the sandy beaches of Idaho’s Lower Salmon River, where you’ll enjoy action-packed whitewater and opportunities for stand-up paddleboarding and inflatable kayaking, accompanied by morning and afternoon yoga practices designed to release tension and calm the mind. You’ll find balance and beauty in the natural world that surrounds you as you create new connections with your community and nurture a deeper relationship with yourself.
The devoted Bre and Sam will guide you through practices of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and self-care while cultivating a new or rekindled love for movement in nature. This excursion offers a balanced blend of wilderness, whitewater, wellness, and self-empowerment.
