Breann Davis LMT, RYT, MLT
Breann Davis is a former River Guide turned Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist, and Mom. She believes that yoga and mindfulness are grounding anchors in her life. Breann is passionate about helping others cultivate alignment, flexibility, and connection to their bodies. Breann is a student of Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and Anusara yoga styles. She completed her 200 hour Sacred Flow Yoga Teacher Training through Jeanie Manchester. Her yoga classes blend clear and specific alignment with philosophical concepts and mindfulness teachings. Breann has been a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist for over 17 years. She has advanced certifications in Hospital Based massage through the Mayo Clinic, Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage, Thai Massage, and Yomassage.
Samantha Studley LMT, RYT, CPT
Samantha is a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor and ACE personal trainer. Her wellness journey has taken her to magical places around the globe to explore and share mindfulness, movement and adventure. Currently residing in Arizona, Sam is the founder of SEVA Therapies Massage & Movement where she offers various bodywork modalities and holistic fitness training sessions. SEVA Therapies emphasizes on mindful living through bodywork, movement and adventure wellness. Sam is passionate about sharing these elements of Seva through functional fitness, empowering adventures and healing touch. She believes the healer is within us all, and we can tap into that divine power by expanding our perspectives of what “is” and “is not” possible. Sam offers a container to step outside your comfort zones and notice what is available in this new found space of awareness. She believes in a yogic lifestyle on and off the mat, tapping into deep elements of love and respect for all beings and the natural world.
