Peru is well -known for its famous archaeological and historical sites, but it also contains some of the top whitewater in the world. The rivers include the Canete, the Chili, the Urubamba and the Apurimac, which are world renowned among whitewater aficionados. You’ll kayak on Lake Titicaca, visit the colonial cities of Cusco and Arequipa, and explore the ancient ruins of the Inca Empire. Our special solstice departure also includes a visit to Machu Picchu and the Inti Raymi Festival of the Sun.
