Deep in the Batoka Gorge, bathed in the mist from the legendary Victoria Falls, begins a journey full of pure exhilaration. The Zambezi River is home to some of the most notorious Class V whitewater in the world, and this "best of the best" adventure combines four days of whitewater action, stunning beaches and an incredible helicopter ride with three days on safari, watching Botswana's fascinating and unusual selection of wildlife—elephants, giraffes, impala, African or Cape Buffalo, lions, hippos, crocs and an impressive number of species of birds. This is truly a trip of a lifetime!
