About me
I have a lot of passions, but most of them can be summed up by saying I love water in all its forms, and when I'm not working, I'm usually appreciating it at some point along its journey from the mountains to the rivers to the sea. I also enjoy nights spent under the stars and pulling on rocks.
The Best Part of My Job
Stopping to smell the flowers and watch the birds!
How I found OARS
I was introduced to the outdoors by my family and got a degree in Wilderness Leadership from Prescott College, where I learned to boat. My first river trip was a Salmon trip when I was 10.
My Favorite Spot on the River/Outdoors
On the Rogue, my favorite camp is Mule Creek, and my favorite hike is Stair Creek Falls. Both encompass everything that makes Oregon and its rivers so special and beautiful.
My Lucky Charm
I never feel safe without my sparkly rescue tutu.
Favorite River Tradition
I always take a moment to put water on my face before big rapids.
I Can’t Live Without
My river skirt!
My Fun Fact
I can make an ice cube disappear!
