What’s the best part of your job?

Best parts…having exposure to be available to every single employee and working for a company that values their employees. I love that helping people is my job and if I can help one person each day, I go home happy.

Tell us about your favorite rapid, hike or camp and what makes it special

Being near water is my favorite place to be.

Do you have a lucky charm or special river tradition?

Seeing an egret. Every time I see one I think of its spiritual meaning: determination, balance and to follow your own path.

What can you not live without on a trip?

Appreciation for folks who make it happen!

About me…

I use she/her pronouns. I love the outdoors, my cat, a good beer and my family (sometimes all together and not always in that order). Super proud mom of 3 kids. The oldest was once a river guide/now an organic farmer, middle is a chef/massage therapist and youngest is an avid 80’s rock fan/budding guitar player and rides dirt bikes. They are the best kids ever and make me so proud.
