What’s the best part of your job?
I enjoy the wilderness of the whole thing. Taking people out to a place they would never have the opportunity to go. And of course the whitewater!!!!
Tell us about your favorite rapid, hike or camp and what makes it special
I really like Hells Half Mile and Disaster Falls. Especially when the water is a little higher!
What can you not live without on a trip?
My toothbrush, I’m a serial brusher.
Fun fact, special talent or favorite guiding memory
My favorite memory as of late was one night we were camped at Rippling Brook 1 and a huge storm came in and a flash flood waterfall came gushing over the other canyon wall right across the river. It was wild, lasted maybe 40 minutes.
