Everyone is Welcome!
The meditation and yoga will be suited for both new and seasoned practitioners. Just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. In support of our contemplative practice and our time together, this trip will be free from alcohol and drugs as we connect with ourselves, each other and the natural world.

Meditation on the river

As the Colorado River flows through dramatic canyon country among multi-million-year-old rock formations in Cataract Canyon, the breathtaking geology and ancient archaeology offer an amazing backdrop for outdoor yoga practice. Cataract has it all: easy flat water floating, sandy beaches, hiking through colorful canyon walls and slot canyons, and one day of paddling through spectacular whitewater.
