Instructions:
Click the "Download O.A.R.S. Screensaver" link above and save the file to your computer, noting where you save the file. When the file is downloaded to your computer, right-click the oars_screensaver.scr file and choose "Install". A window called "Display Properties" will pop up, letting you know that the screensaver is installed, and allows your to adjust your screensaver settings. To adjust settings at a later time, click your Start Button > Control Panel > Display > ScreenSaver settings.
