- Hike the Valhallas, Stag Leap, or Kokanee Provincial Park, cast a line for trout, watch for wildlife
- Soak in a hot tub before another gourmet night of dining
- Learn to kayak then head out on the 90-mile long lake, watch osprey fish for kokanee
- BBQ and swim at a beach
- Mountain bike the Galena Trail or rock climb the Slocan Bluffs
- Lay at the beach, go antique shopping and investigate local artisans
- Soak in Ainsworth Hot Springs before returning to Nelson for another evening of fine dining
