Bear Camp Combo BC Multi-sport - Overview

Download Itinerary The Bear Camp Combo combines the best of what this amazing location has to offer. Our adventure begins with a breathtaking flight from Vancouver over the towering mountains and massive glaciers of the Coast Range. After arriving to the expansive wilderness of Chilko Lake, we spend two days exploring the countryside and valleys that have made this region famous. Situated at the border of Ts’yl-os Provincial Park, the north end of Chilko Lake and the headwaters of the Chilko River system, we will indulge ourselves in a variety of adventures at our doorstep—paddling on Chilko Lake, hiking, biking and horseback riding in the alpine terrain among glacier-capped peaks. The balance of the days can be filled with fishing for world famous salmon and rainbow trout or simply relaxing with a great book. On the fourth day, we launch our rafts on the Chilko River for a 3 day expedition on the world-class whitewater that has made this river famous among whitewater enthusiasts.
