Artisans of O.A.R.S.
More than just a pretty place...
Certainly nature itself provides the incredible raw material for an ideal trip. The beauty, the majesty, the serenity, the power and the variety of what you see. However, for most of our guests, it is the O.A.R.S. guides and support staff who make the trip memorable. Professional through and through, our dedicated staff know their territories in and out - the rivers' moods, the tidal forces, the lay of the land, the animals, plants and even stars.
More than just a pretty face…
Adventurers with an innate curiosity of what's around the next bend, our team of ambassadors has talents that transcend the rivers and coastlines. This section of the website has been designed to give you a glimpse of some of outstanding and creative artisans who also happen to be great in the woods…
Watercolors by Ote Dale
Ote's colorful personality and love of the world she lives in are wonderfully expressed in her original watercolor paintings. Scenes of the rivers and mountains that are so much a part of her soul take on an ethereal life of their own through the magic of her paint brush. Ote, a Dory guide in the Grand Canyon, is featured on our guide page. If you wish to view more artwork you may Visit Ote's website

A love and appreciation of the wilderness combined with their entertaining gift of music makes this bunch a popular group both on the river and off. Check out Rocketbox Records to hear music samples or to order CDs.

Contemporary Fine Art Glass by Roger & Cindell Dale
